    Words that come to mind after reading the document: Calculated, Malthusian (Carrying Capacity), Miscegenation, Nativism, Statistics,and Xenophobia.

    From a modern perspective: Scary and full of prejudice. This was the typical mindset of people back then, but really there never was anything right with invading and exterminating an indigenous culture.
